Delivery info
Below is all the information you should need regarding the delivery of your order. If you are unsure of anything please do not hesitate to email sakksmenswear@btconnect.com or call 02380 637892 and we will respond as soon as possible.
Charges
• Delivery is FREE for any order (UK only)
• This will normally arrive within 1-3 working days.(UK only)
• Delivery for EU counrties has a standard charge of £10 and will normally arrive 2nd class within 5-7 working days.
Service
• Sakks sells and delivers to customers within the UK, and all EU countries.
• The courier will require a signature on delivery, and will not leave your order unattended or with neighbours.
• If no one is at the address to sign for your order, it will return to the courier’s depot and you may collect it from there, or arrange a re-delivery with them.
• Although you must register with your home address, you may nominate another address for delivery, at your workplace for example.
