Returns info

Below is all the information you should need regarding our returns policy and procedures. If you are unsure of anything please do not hesitate to email and we will respond as soon as possible.


• Once you have placed your order, you are entitled to cancel it so long as it has not been dispatched yet.
• To do this, send an email to quoting your name and details of your order.
• If your order has not been dispatched, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded in full.
• If you order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait until it arrives and return it as below.


• Once your order arrives, you are entitled to return your items within 7 working days upon receipt of goods.
• You can only return items if they are unworn, undamaged and with any original labels and packaging intact.
• If your returned items meet the criteria above, you can either exchange for another product or have a refund.
• To return items, send an email to quoting your order no, name &address, the item(s) being returned and reasons for return. Then state if you require a refund or exchange.
• Use a signed-for courier service to send the items back to us.
• Please allow 5-10 working days for the amount to appear back in your bank account.
• For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange purchases of underwear or fragrances.
• If we receive any returns after 7 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will no longer accept anything after 7 working days have expired.

Faulty/Damaged Items
